Welcome to Summertime!

It is amazing that the Buckeye Rug Hooking Guild is beginning the second half of our 25th Anniversary year already! Our Spring Event in April was a wonderful success thanks to you.  We had record attendance at our Hook-In; we welcomed new members and are now over 100 members strong! Thanks for your wonderful feedback - the entire board is grateful for your support, the sharing of your creativity and love of rug hooking.

What is next? The BRHG SUMMER HOOK-IN at the Johnstown Library, Saturday, June 21st from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.  This free event is in appreciation of our guild members. Space is limited so be sure to check out the website for all the details and get your registration to Kay Thode before June 14th, 2025.  If you have never attended a BRHG summer event, I hope this will be your year to chill with us!  I guarantee it will not disappoint.

October Workshop - Vintage Seasons with Pamelyn has less than five openings so check that information on the website as well.  Hopefully, you will be able to join one of the two sessions as there is limited room in each class. There are two season-themed projects to choose from that will keep you in the loops through the fall.

In the meantime, enjoy your summer, doing especially important summer-like things - get your toes in the grass, make a pitcher of real lemonade, and share with a friend just because.
